Custom pants will take a minimum of 2 weeks to produce and ship; shipping will be a minimum of 4 days.  Other apparel will be shipped in 5-8 business days of your order.

**Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Your package is shipped using Canada Post; extra fees and duties may apply for international shipping. Be aware that customs procedures may cause additional delays.

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Canadian Dollar currency.

Each pair of custom pants takes us a minimum of 2 weeks to produce as they are handmade in house; slight variations may occur. Portions will contact you if an item is unavailable or discontinued. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Portions cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns due to the nature of our customized production.

We may allow exchanges due to sewing errors, damaged goods or any other reason that is the fault of our production team. Shipping costs will be covered. 

To exchange your purchase of a faulty product, please follow the instructions below:

  - Email portionsonline@gmail.com or DM our Instagram to begin the process; further instructions will be sent

  - All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive an item of equal value. Items not returned within 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  - Items must be returned in their original packaging with the tags attached.

  - Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

  - Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt although it may take a little longer during busy periods.

  - Returns must be shipped with a tracking number.
